Eligibility for Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) :-

Age:

The minimum age limit is 23 years and the maximum age limit is 35 years.

The upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years in case of candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC and woman candidates.

The upper age limit for the persons serving in connection with the affairs of the State shall be 40 years.

The upper age limit in case of widow / divorced woman shall be 45 years.

Academic qualification :-

Degree in Law (Professional) from a University established by Law.

Two years experience at the bar or experience of work as prosecuting sub-Inspector for 2 years.
